The excellent service upon checked in. I booked a double room for 2 adults and 1 child (12 yo), when checked in, the staff told me that the bed would not be comfortable to sleep for 3 persons, it was too small. He offered me to upgrade my room or stayed in the same room with 2 single beds which space will be a bit narrow if I didn't mind. I accept the 2nd option. The room was clean, hotel is near to station, shinsaibashi and dotonbori. Neighborhood is quite.

Staff was very helpful and could communicate in English, which as I've found out is not at all a given in big city Japanese hotels. Shower ran hot right away and had a *lot* of pressure.

Good reception. Front desk understands English very well. The lobby looks quite nice. The common area has good furnitures. Room is clean and quiet. The location is wonderful, there are convenient stores nearby. Very close to the commercial area, 10min walk to Japan Bridge.

Good location, good space.The decoration of the hotel is very good, and the quality of the bath products is very high, and it is very comfortable to use.

Really friendly and accommodating staff! Comfortable bed and the toothbrushes in the room were appreciated as we booked our stay last minute. perfect location too :)
